What do I know
Experimental operation:
- Basic physical and chemical experiments: basic inspection items for medicinal materials, detection of component content, separation and purification of plant polysaccharides, etc.
- Animal/pharmacological experiments: feeding of rats and mice, gavage, blood collection from eye sockets, intraperitoneal injection of rats, blood collection from abdominal aorta, brain collection, animal behavior, etc.
- Molecular biology experiments: DNA extraction, PCR amplification, electrophoresis detection, etc.
Instruments and software:
- High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader, paraffin slicer, UV spectrophotometer, PCR instrument, etc.
- Origin (Drawing and Statistics), R/Python (Statistics and Modeling), MaxEnt (Species Distribution Modeling), ArcGIS/QGIS (Geospatial Data Processing), LaTeX (Article Writing), Affinity Designer/Photo (Drawing), etc.
